Case introduction

Haiyue Huafu is located in the south of South Second Ring Road, west of Nanyuan Railway and built on the mountain. The total land area of the project is 400 mu and the total construction area is 500,000 square meters. The 35-building project of the total building was developed and established by Xiamen Zhongzheng Real Estate Development Company. Songmao provided 50,000 plastic templates and 100 tons of building materials such as screws, square column buckles, and scaffolding for the project.
