Splendid Yuhua Garden is located at No. 23, Renmin Avenue Middle, Development Zone, Hefei City, with a total area of 3,414.15 square meters and a total construction area of 22,456.69 square meters, including a residential building area of 18,502.78 square meters, a commercial building area of 1,361.65 square meters on the first floor, and an underground garage. 2592.26 square meters, the overall building is 40 buildings, constructed by China Construction Seventh Engineering Bureau. Songmao Building Materials won the bid for the building materials service project of 15 buildings. A total of 30,000 aluminum templates and 120 tons of building materials were provided.
